Operation Military Parents is a national Military organization
founded by a set of our Nations' Military Parents that helps both the
soldiers and  the parents by talking in groups or alone if needed. So
they can all get their worries out and know that they can talk anytime
day or night about their fears.  But the most important thing of all is
helping the soldiers to get through the ordeal of being away by talking
to them on the phone an trying to help them cope with the Ka-booms
in the background which is a parents biggest fear , the phone ringing
in the nighttime and they are telling you that your soldier is hurt or the
doorbell ringing an you see the Military at your door.

At OMP, we help parents by getting together literature on how to cope
when your soldier comes home even if it is only for 2 weeks R&R or for
good, they are also given pamphlets by OMP on what to look for health
wise when they return but most of all we all rely on a lot of prayers not
only for our great military men & women serving our great nations but
for the parents, families and friends.  As, parents we are the backbone
of the soldiers and we are all VERY PROUD PARENTS OF AN
AMERICAN SOLDIER.

We raise money by doing fund raisers, talking to groups, churches an
other organizations that will help our troops.  Our troops are our main
goal. To make sure they have the help they need and also to keep their
moral boosted.  We get food donations an other personal items and
send them care packages to as many soldiers as we can. At OMP we
do not set idle by without helping.  We also talk to a lot of our soldiers
online to let them know that we are here for them.  They love to
receive items that are on the list we have. Letters are greatly
appreciated by them also.  If you would like to help the troops we ask
that you please look at the list and see how you can help us help our
great men and women serving our nation. They are making the
sacrifice by serving and protecting us here in America. So it is our job
here at home to help them by sending them things to keep the morale
and the soldiers going.

But the most important of all are the Prayers needed for them.  They
are in harms way and need a lot of prayers so please pray every day
for our Military men an women serving our great nation.

The OMP Motto is Prayer Prevails!!!!!!!!!
We thank you an God Bless all ,

Our Fore-fathers founded this country through blood, sweat and tears by the
grace of God and under his watchful eye.  They had in mind the futures of their
children, grandchildren and future generations to come.  The essential
fundamentals and morals by which this great nation was created seem to fade
with each passing day.  They relied on God more then than some folks do now to
provide for their needs.  God is the giver of all things including authority, he
grants authority to those in a position to lead.  Therefore our ancestors included
God in everything that possessed authority or the teaching of authority.  They
included God in our schools, court rooms, in our Pledge of Allegiance to this
country and all the great things it stands for, as well as on our money that
regretfully today is able to be used to buy positions of authority.  The ability to
lead in a position of authority is not something that can be bought, rather a gift
from our creator.
Anyone with enough money can buy their way into a position of authority,
but it's only by the grace of God that they would be a true leader.

God has blessed this country with young men and women, who are so often
without thanks or gratitude from those here at home, willing to serve, protect and
die for the country we live in and the freedoms we enjoy.  May God bless each
and every one of our soldiers and bless the decisions our elected officials are
forced to make. . .
